|Recommended: YesA C and plumbing issues — The air conditioner stopped working and was repaired 3 times in the first month. We are also constanty plunging one of the toilets. The maintence guy snaked the toilet but it didnt help. We also had to have the sink faucet replaced within the first week. Gate security is also a problem as it closes too slowly allowing cars to tailgate and gain access to the property.
|Recommended: YesMove In — The property is very lovely, I feel proud to call the reserves my home. Rosa the sales associate was very accommodated, informative, and attentive. She is very kind and I give her top stars. There were some issues with the townhouse upon move in. Ramon the maintenance guy, came out and took care of it right away, he is the best.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, well maintained, clean, quiet, and family friendly. Love it — I am new to the property so I can't say much about living here yet. However, so far, the office staff, Rosa S, has made my moving in experience quite pleasant. The process was quick and very professional and she went above and beyond in meeting my family's needs such as moving in sooner than anticipated. From the looks of things and what I've seen so far from the current residents, I believe I can call this home for quite some time. Thank you Rosa.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The location is great and feels safe. The community is friendly and the apartments are high-end. The landscaping and amenities are in great shape. This is not like the typical apartments where you can hear everything your neighbor does. Balconies feel private.
|Recommended: YesAwesome, exceeds my expectations — I moved here from MD and I am in HEAVEN. Florida has always been my dream location to live. The Reserve at Coral Springs really exceeds my expectations. The apartment exudes luxury from the interior to exterior. For the price it’s definitely worth it. It’s close to everything Location for me is another reason I chose this community . These luxury apartments are perfect Come see and enjoy a luxury life like you are on vacation every single day

|Recommended: YesObsessed — This is the first place I have ever gotten on my own after some large life changes. They have made me feel so at home and welcomed here. All my neighbors are incredibly nice and I can honestly say that it is very quiet around here. I love the vibe I get from the way everything looks. It is totally my style. There is also so much space to walk my large dog around. They have helped me transition and answer every single one of my questions. I cannot thank them enough and would encourage anyone to live her.

|Recommended: YesReserve at Coral Springs is one the best rental communities in all of Broward county. Beautifully landscaped and modern apartments and townhomes. Office and maintenance staff is always helpful and prompt. Moving out only because we just bought a house, but we will miss the community and all the great staff at Reserve Coral springs.

|Recommended: YesI love this community, staff and my apartment — I lived here for a year and it was an amazing experience from start to end. The staff is pleasant and very helpful with the application process. The apartments are spacious and aesthetically beautiful. The amenities are great although I do wish they cleaned the gym floors. Maintenance requests are responded right away and usually handled within a day. I love this community and it's location is perfect for my kids schools.
