|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property, Made the right choice — Recently moved in and very satisfied with the apartment and experience so far. Never an issue with parking, apt is nicely appointed. Grounds are well kept and lots of green space for walking the dog and exercise. Nandy with the leasing office has been fantastic since the application process, especially navigating through during these uncertain times.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — My kids and I really enjoy living here so far. The only complaint we have is that we cannot use the club house when the office is closed. We both work full time and to get home on the week day and only have access to the club house until 6 or 7 is not useful. Also only having access to the club house for a few hours on the weekends is not useful either. I understand not having access to the office, but what if I wanted to play pool at 6 00 on a Saturday or 8 00 pm on a Friday night
I think this option should change.

Unfortunately because our office is also located in the clubhouse with all of the resident's files and personal information, we cannot keep it open late at night when we are not here. It is also open for 6 hours on Saturdays and Sundays for those who work during the week. We also have the Fitness Center open from 5:00am until 12 midnight for those who work late or who like to work out early. The only thing that is not accessible after hours is the pool table but there is a great Billiards Club less than a mile down the road and they are open until 2:00am 7 days a week. :)

|Recommended: YesA great place to live — We live the Reserve at Coral Springs for 3 years and the experience has been great. Clean environment, beautiful apartment along with courteous and helpful staff. Not to mention the view of the lighted water fountain from my patio. Will miss that big time.
I would recommend the Reserve at Coral Springs to anyone.
