|Recommended: YesVery good place to leave — This is going to be my 3 year and i love leaving at The reserve of Coral Springs. I love how the implement the bracelet for the pool I think is fair that way everyone will be able to know how leave at the community and how are guess.The only complaints i have is with parking and this is my opinion I don’t think is fair the “guess” are parking in front and we ass a residential have to be looking for parking but again is my opinion.We have to pay for a garage because we have 3 car but I know people with “guess” the leave in the property and have 4 cars.I think they should make the guess park in diferente area.

|Recommended: YesA VERY NICE COMMUNITY — my husband and I live on the townhouse side of the complex, and we find it to be nice and very family friendly. we really like it here. we've lived many other places in Coral Springs but this happen to be one our favorite. we get along very well with our neighbors.

|Recommended: YesI love living here. — It's a good place to live. However, I truly believe some people here are not being being considerate of neighbors. Trash containers left out on sidewalk. People not picking up after their dogs. The maintenance staff is excellent. The office staff does a nice job.
