|Recommended: NoThe Reserve Coral Springs — The apartment here is very spacious and lovely. The grounds are clean and manicured for the most part.
The pet deposit is understandable. The 20 month pet rent is not. No other complexes charge this and we were promised a dog park that has never happened. They supply doggie bags when the dispenser is not empty for days at a time , but that is it. I have yet to hear what it is that I am paying for.
The office staff is HORRIBLE. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Absolutely no help at all. The indoor amenities are not available during the evening other than the gym. The pool and patio is very nice but it is taken over by groups with loud music so unless you want to hear that you are unable to enjoy the area.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Community — Living at The Reserve has been an overall pleasant experience, the staff is helpful, friendly and professional. The property is quiet and clean. Management overall is great at keeping the residents informed on what's going on. Would like to see some resident events soon and referral incentives.

|Recommended: YesIs a quite and pleasant place to live. — My only two concerns are the work orders and the afternoon office staff. No one contacts you for them and you have no idea what the status they are. The leasing office staff changes regularly and usually the person left in the afternoon, after 5 pm, is unable to answer questions.

|Recommended: YesLiving — I love my townhome. I love my neighbors, they truly make livin there 10 times better. Staff is great, even though it's very hard to get in contact with them via phone. Maintenance work is always on time, and work orders get done on a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Townhouses — I live in the townhouses. Love the layout Great community for kids. My neighbors are wonderful. Reminds me of back in the day when your neighbors would all hang outside while the kids are playing. Love it here. No complaints.
|Recommended: YesWe are enjoy living at The Reserves at Coral Springs — We love our brand new apartment. Its a quiet respectful neighborhood. We have pretty nice neighbors. The complex is fun to watch develop and look forward to the club house being completed. No complaints here.
